Conde Hermanos, Constructores, Calle Santiago Maganto, 4, Pozuelo de Alarcon, Madrid, (Espana)
This guitar was made between 1959 and 1964, when the Conde family had opened a shop on the Calle Santiago Maganto near the intersection with Pozuelo de Alaron. While this isn’t the top model, it is a professional guitar and has the famous Condé growl. The guitar is in good condition and presents well, it’s had two small repairs on the side and I think the whole guitar was probably refinished many years ago. The guitar features a Spruce soundboard and Cypress back and sides, the fingerboard is ebony and the original friction pegs still work well. The guitar is a joy to play.
