Ignacio Fleta

1965 Ignacio Fleta y Hijos

$68,000.00

Probably the greatest period for Fleta guitars when Segovia and Williams were both recording and touring with his instruments. I was told by the previous owner that this particular example belonged to Aaron Shearer famous for his guitar method books. The guitar features east Indian rosewood back and sides, Spruce top and 650 scale with 52mill nut spacing.  The guitar plays beautifully and is structurally very sound having had a couple of hairline whether cracks repaired over the years. A guitar like this, top of its game should be worth the same as a Martin D45 or Gibson 58 Lespaul standard but can be had for a fifth of the price.
